I am a Freeport, Maine native, and a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty.  I have lived in the Frreport area for over 50 years and really know the markets here, as well as having sold properties as far away as Bar Harbor and Rangeley.  I'm not only a real estate sales agent, I'm also a property manager and a contractor.  I have assisted many clients in obtaining permits in the tricky shoreland areas due to my detailed knowledge of construction and local zonings.

Sellers:
I have sold more homes on Flying Point in Freeport than any other realtor for years running- in fact I have sold over 10% of all the homes located on Flying Point, Freeport in the last 5 years!.  I sell them quickly and at good prices because I know the market, have the buyers and know how to guide my listing clients in preparation of their properties.  I also use high end software which many others do not to provide top level visual tours and list your property on many internet sites beyond just the multiple listing service's Realtor.com site!  (I typically take over 200 pictures of a property for this tour- many others do it in under 50). If you are currently  searching for a home and do not have a Buyer Agent to represent you, I would love to work with you!.   Did you know the listing (selling) agent legally represents the seller first?  Did you know that engaging a buyer's agent results in no more costs to the buyer- the commission is simply split between the seller's agent and the buyer's agent:  It's like getting a free real estate consultant on your home search team!  How great is that?  I have saved my clients hundreds of thousands of dollars over the years by proper negotiations and my contracting assistance.  Ask me for references from my happy buyers!
